Sway One now connects to thirteen new tools: five e-commerce platforms, two ERPs, four tills and two logistics solutions, including Amazon FBA. Together with the first wave, that makes more than twenty tools you connect yourself, from the Connections page, with credentials created in your own tool.

Your ERP at the centre
Many shops keep their stock in Odoo or Dolibarr rather than in their online shop. Connect your ERP: it provides the reference stock, and Sway One matches the sales from your other channels by reference or barcode. With Odoo, the receipts from the till module are read in addition to orders.
Amazon FBA alongside your stock
If you also sell on Amazon with Fulfilment by Amazon, the stock available in their warehouses is shown next to yours. Your restock recommendations take into account what is already sitting at Amazon.
Connect in a few minutes
- Open Connections in Sway One and choose your tool.
- Paste the credentials created in your tool: an integration key for Shopware or Magento, an API key for Wix, Dolibarr, Odoo or Kash, a token for BigCommerce, Ecwid, Loyverse or ShipHero.
- Sway One tests the connection straight away and tells you in plain words what is wrong.
Your keys are encrypted before being stored. For a shop or ERP hosted on your own server, only a public https address is accepted.
What we have not connected
We only keep tools that open a documented API to their customers, without a partnership contract. Several well-known till and ERP packages reserve their API for partners or a specific plan: we are following them, and we will add them as soon as their access opens.
