Sway One connects to PrestaShop, WooCommerce and your tills
PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Lightspeed, Zettle, Hiboutik, ShipBob and byrd join Sway One: seven integrations you can connect yourself in minutes.
Sway One now connects to seven new tools: PrestaShop and WooCommerce for the online shop, Lightspeed, Zettle and Hiboutik for the till, ShipBob and byrd for logistics. They join Shopify, Square, SumUp, Bigblue and Airtable. You connect them yourself, from the Connections page, with the credentials you create in your own tool.
What's new
| Integration | For | What Sway One reads |
|---|---|---|
| PrestaShop | online shop | catalogue and combinations, stock, validated orders |
| WooCommerce | online shop | catalogue and variations, stock, orders and refunds |
| Lightspeed X-Series | till | products, stock per point of sale, closed sales and returns |
| Zettle | till | products and variants, stock, sales and refunds |
| Hiboutik | till | products and sizes, stock per warehouse, daily sales and returns |
| ShipBob | logistics | available stock per fulfilment centre |
| byrd | logistics | available stock per warehouse |
Sway One only reads: it writes nothing in your tools, creates no orders and does not change your prices.
Online shop and till in one place
Many shops sell both online and in store, with two tools that do not talk to each other. Connect both: Sway One matches products by reference or barcode, and your recommendations (restocking, sales, transfers between shops) take all your sales into account, not just one channel.
The logistics provider's stock, matched with yours
With ShipBob or byrd, the stock actually available in the warehouse is shown next to that of your shop. If a product is sold online but shipped by the logistics provider, Sway One counts the right stock before suggesting a restock.
Connect in a few minutes
- Open Connections in Sway One and choose your tool.
- Paste the credentials created in your tool: a Webservice key for PrestaShop, a key pair for WooCommerce, a personal token for Lightspeed or ShipBob, an API key for Zettle, Hiboutik or byrd.
- Sway One tests the connection straight away and tells you in plain words what is wrong: key rejected, address not found, tool not responding.
Your keys are encrypted before being stored and are never displayed again. For a PrestaShop or WooCommerce shop, only a public https address is accepted.
What's next
More tills, logistics providers, ERPs and suppliers are under consideration. We only keep tools that open a documented API to their customers, without a partnership contract. That is what lets you connect your tool yourself, without waiting for anyone.
Is your tool not on the list yet? Tell us: that is what decides the next integration.
